Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of vibe-coding.academy and its related services, including vibot.app (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Veridux Labs ("we", "us").

By using the Service, and in particular by creating an account or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Hebrew version of these Terms is the governing version. This English text is a translation; if the two conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. The Service

The Service includes interactive browser lessons, courses and tutorials, the Studio builder, the ViBot assistant, coding-agent session checks, a newsletter and other content.

We update the Service from time to time: we add, change or remove content and features. If we remove a material feature included in a paid plan, we will give advance notice where possible.

2. Accounts

Some features need an account. Give accurate details, keep your login secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity in your account.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 or over, or for minors with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Plans, prices and payment

Explorer is a free plan and needs no credit card.

Builder is a paid plan: $19 per month, or $190 per year.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction; Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply to the payment itself.

Taxes, including VAT, are added at checkout according to your country where applicable, and are shown before you confirm payment. Your receipt is emailed to you by Lemon Squeezy. Your card issuer may charge a currency-conversion fee.

If we change a price, we will tell you in advance and the change applies only from your next billing period. A period you have already paid for is not affected.

4. Auto-renewal and cancellation

A Builder subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) and is charged again until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time, through the subscription-management link in Lemon Squeezy's emails or by writing to contact@vibe-coding.academy. After you cancel there are no further charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

5. Refunds

New paid subscriptions can get a full refund within 14 days of the first charge. Email contact@vibe-coding.academy from the address you used to buy (or tell us that address). Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

Renewal charges (the second month onward, or the second year onward) are not refundable under this section. Cancelling stops the next charge.

In addition, you keep every right you have under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, where they apply. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

6. Credits and usage limits

Builder includes 500 Studio Build Credits each calendar month. Credits are not unlimited, and unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Session checks and other features also have allowances, as listed on the pricing page. We may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse and keep the Service available to everyone.

7. Third-party tools and services

Some lessons use external tools such as Anthropic's Claude and Claude Code, Supabase, GitHub and others. These tools have their own terms and may charge separately from our subscription.

For example, lessons that work with Claude Code need a paid Claude plan (about $20 per month), bought directly from Anthropic. We label those lessons up front. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing or terms of third-party services.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break the law or infringe other people's rights, including copyright and privacy;
  • get around a paywall, usage allowance or security measure, or try to break into our systems or anyone else's;
  • scrape the site at scale, or sell, rent or share paid access;
  • upload malicious code, or use Studio, ViBot or the session check to create harmful, deceptive or illegal content;
  • load the Service in a way that harms other users.

We may suspend or block an account that breaks this section.

9. Content you create

Content you create or upload, such as code, prompts, sessions you paste for a check and apps you publish in Studio, stays yours.

You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the Service to you. An app you choose to publish is shown publicly at the address you chose.

Do not paste passwords, API keys or other people's personal data. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

10. Intellectual property

The lessons, text, design, videos and brand of the Service belong to Veridux Labs or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning.

You may use code snippets from the lessons in your own projects. Do not copy, distribute or sell the lessons themselves without written permission.

11. AI-generated content

Some content on the site is written or produced with AI tools, and responses from ViBot, Studio and the session check are generated automatically. Such content may contain mistakes or be out of date. Check it before you rely on it.

Nothing in the Service is professional, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

We do not promise income, a job or any business result. A course completion acknowledgment is not an academic degree or a professional certification.

12. Privacy

How we use your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

13. Warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always work without interruption or error.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, and they do not reduce your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel a subscription at any time, as described in section 4.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If we shut down the Service as a whole, we will give notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes on the site, and email paid subscribers, at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting a consumer's right to go to another court where the law gives that right.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms, a subscription or a refund: contact@vibe-coding.academy. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
